I no longer can see dimensions when I pull a line; they used to be in a box at the lower right.
Are you still using SketchUp 2018 as your profile indicates?
Is the bottom of the SketchUp window below the taskbar? Show a screenshot of what you are seeing.
Update your forum profile then.
Right click on the bottom bar and select Measurement Value.
