Drape on surface does not work!

Hello all,
I am trying to move my trees down onto the surface. I have made the surface by ‘from contours’. The drape tool does not work. Any ideas?

Drape is used to project a selection onto what is underneath as a surface.

You’ll need a plugin to drop your trees onto that surface.

I used “drop components in SketchUp” as a search term in Google, but there are more than one.
Apply useful key words in SketchUp’s 3DWarehouse to maybe find some others.

Drop GC - https://extensions.sketchup.com/en/content/dropgc Been using it for years and works like a charm!

Drape worked! I just had to wait 30 min:sweat_smile:
