does Download from my.sketchup work for anyone yet?
for me it opens a new tab and fails with a Failed to load resource on the new tab…

John, yes it’s a known issue with Safari. We’ll look into it, thanks for reporting!

I also just sent in a crash from a ‘single site’ browser I made, it had worked for P11 but crashed the site on loading…
don’t really want ‘Chrome.app’ on this machine, but may have to get use to the idea;·)

For now, as a workaround, you can save your model to Trimble Connect, then download it from there. We will fix the Safari download from my.SketchUp as soon as we can.

I just tried Chrome Canary and it downloads the files…
it seems slower than Safari for opening and actual modelling…
general navigation seem on par…
