Thanks for the post @mesmith1070 and for the @ command to get my attention. I can confirm that you are in the database already so it is not an issue with the firewall on our end. If you are seeing an error we may need to dig a bit deeper to figure out what is wrong. The most helpful thing to see would be a screenshot of the exact error message and a screenshot of the console tab in developer mode when the error happens. If you can also let me know if you are using Microsoft or Google when you deploy the app that would help too.
Once I have that information I can start looking for a solution for you more easily. If you can not get me that information we can try some solutions but I would just be guessing what to try so it would take a lot longer to solve.
