Is the only way to get the LayOut tool to buy the Pro program? I am trying to upload a 2D view of some cabinet parts to my CarveCo program and I believe SketchUp uses the LayOut program to solve this…just wondering if there is a way to use what I have or if I am missing something on the LayOut application…HELP hahahahaha
You need a SketchUp Pro or Studio subscription to get access to the LayOut application.
I don’t know your exact needs but you can set up your “2D” views as scenes in SketchUp and export them to DWG or DXF from the paid (GO) web version. The free web version cannot export to CAD formats and it is not allowed to use it in your business anyway.
