I’m using Chrome on Windows 10 with NVIDIA graphics card. The working area does not use the entire screen (large white area on left side, and the menu icons are tiny; almost unusable. I should add that it works find in Firefox and Edge, but is messed up in Chrome, which is my preferred browser, and the one I would expect it to work best with.

Ctrl+0 puts it back to normal
You can also click on the Reset button after clicking on the magnifying glass icon at the right end of the address bar. The magnifying glass icon will only be displayed if you have zoomed the window.
