That’s called Clipping. Make sure the Camera is set to Perspective, the model isn’t a great distance from the origin and that there’s no stray entities at huge distance from the rest of the model.
Thank you for the speedy reply and cure DaveR. My model failed all three of your recommendations.

In iPad the best way to avoid this is to center the model, change the tilt a bit, and zoom extents
