Wanted to see if anyone has been able to disable Updates for the 2021 SketchUp Pro EXE or MSI. Also, it looks like Preferences are now stored in the User AppData for suppressing EULA, etc… Its no longer Current User Registry Keys that can be added/flipped.
Also, the MSI that is available for 2021 is not updated to same version as latest EXE. A Support Technician stated this is because they are not updating the MSI for 2021 or in the future, because the EXE is the better option. MSI is usually the preferred option for us, regardless of dependencies, and that SketchUp should continue to make the latest MSI available to Enterprise Environments.
