Is there a way to disable Scene Transitions only once, so avery time that we start SketchUp we don’t have to do over again?
Thank you.

Disable it and save it as your template.
I mean, when open existing drawings, I want to see the scenes without transition without having to go to turn it off every time.
For existing models you’ll have to go in and turn off the transitions. Going forward, do as @Box wrote: turn off scene transitions for your default template so you don’t have to do it every time you start a new model.
Will that take care of all previous models or does that need to be done after opening each model file?
I’m glad I turned off the scene transitions when I made my template 20 years ago. It would probably take a full week or more to run a script like that on all of my SketchUp models.
So that would be a per scene sort of thing?
If so, maybe it’s faster to just open Model Info>Animation and untick the box after opening the model file? A keyboard shortcut to open Model Info would make that part quick. And probably no reason to bother with every single SketchUp model until that model is needed.
Yes of course you’re right, that’s easier. I forgot there was this top level setting too. Deleted my other posts as they are misleading.
I don’t know that you needed to delete them. Yours is an option for those who want to go that route.
