Hi All I’m getting varying dimensions between the model and Layout dimensioning tool. I’ve checked the scale in LO but can’t think of anything obvious about why this should be. Any help out there please?

The problem with your dimensions stems from the fact that you haven’t set the standard Top view for the scene in the SketchUp model. Note that the Standard View is shown as (None) in the SketchUp Model panel.
You can see that in the SketchUp model, too. The word Top is missing from the top left corner of the model space.
After selecting the Standard Top view in SketchUp and updating the scene …
… then saving the change and updating the reference in LayOut, the dimensions show correctly.
By the way, if precise and accurate dimensioning is important to you, I would suggest that you turn off Length Snapping and set Display Precision higher.
