Ok, the projects name is SketchUp. Free users can have one project. You can create folders in your project (carpeta) but you say your file is called ‘cubierta’
It is a bit confusing, but you need to look on the left side (were it says ‘modelo’)

There are three servers on Trimble’s planet: Amerika, Europe and Asia.
I have noticed that sometimes, it switches. Then all seems lost.
Using the desktop app Trimble Connect or the one for the mobile devices let’s you alter the contingent, as some sort of prejudice for that Trimble ID…
