I’m on Sketchup 2024 and my default palette does not appear. Even if if I click on window/Default Palette/ show palette : that’s not working.
Do you have an idea what I can do ? It is very annoying because, it was ok last week and this morning : impossible to show the palette. I already try a lot of things, even re install the software but nothing works.

Are you using Windows or MacOS platform?
(Your OS in forum profile gives CPU info rather than Operating System info.)
The use of the term “palette” suggests he is on Mac, but there is no such menu item on SketchUp 2024 on Mac and I am not aware there ever was one.
This is a good example of how an incorrect forum profile and possible misuse of terms can cause us to waste time asking for clarity.

on PC, in french, the default tray is called Palette par défaut.
@Geoffrey63 do you have multiple screens ? maybe the palette appears on another one ?

Yes I’m French. I’m on Windows yes.
Finally, I found a solution. I create a new “palette” (sorry for the french term) each time I start Sketchup. This is the only way for now for me and I can work. But I still don’t understand why the default one cannot appears.

ok, can you download the installer again, then right click on it, run as administrator, and repair ? it looks like your trays are not saved when you quit sketchup, and that’s not normal behaviour.
