This is my favorite method for creating baseboards.
- Quickly create a path. [02:30]
- Use Follow Me to whip up a baseboard Group. [03:30]
- Cut the doorway openings using Solid Tools. [04:30]

A few things to keep in mind:
➾ Make sure your model is made of Groups & Components before starting.
➾ Weld the edges of your baseboard profile for a smooth look when extruded.
➾ Don’t forget to do something with the path that was created at the end. It will still be loose geometry underneath your baseboard Group… and you don’t want it sticking to something else later.
