Cad - convert to sketchup
This is a thing you should be able to model. Presumably this is a hobby project for you since you are using the free web version. Part of the fun of this should be to create the model yourself.
I guess I would start with some cylinders for the tubes and spheres at the corners. Simple enough.
I would suggest that you not bother with the fine detail if you are just adding it into your bathroom model.

FWIW, this is three cylinder components and one sphere. I expect it would get the job done as a small part of an entire bathroom. Pretty basic stuff to model.
