my sketchup starts up. and then when i click on a new template or an excisting one, then it crashes every time. I did everything from uninstalling to deleting all files, ahd updated my drivers. Its very frustrating.

hello, it is probably linked to one extension (or more) that prevent(s) sketchup from starting, they are loaded once you pick a template / start new file or open one. Have you installed one recently ? does it crash when you open an existing file too ?
@colin may have insights looking at your bugsplat number about which one it can be.
Hi, yeah it crashes everytime also when i open a existing file. I only installed the lumion Livesync. I just deleted it but it still crashes. Thats the only extension that i had
i have send a lot of crash reports. The latest is: Crash #16496
