After opening and before chosing a template, I click on open from Trimble Connect. Program crashes and closes.
Coincidentally, or maybe not, we had two support cases about this today. For one of them we found that turning off Grammerly stopped the crashing. Do you use Grammerly?

I have this happen regularly when I have Microsoft and/or Adobe software running, which is basically 100% of the time, and is non-negotiable. SketchUp will sometimes just full on crash the entire machine entirely when all I’m doing is switching apps, or opening a file, and it all seems random. How do I open a support ticket, because I do want to get this looked at, but I don’t have bug splats and just posting complaints here doesn’t get anywhere.
