Have you tried updating to 2026? Or are you using a cr acked version?
@SeanB we see a large number of folks coming to ask for help who are on cr acked versions of 24. It’s somewhat comical at this point - it’s like stealing a car and asking for the dealership to do warranty work.
I understand that but to just accuse them on the get-go? We’re better than that and we are NOT the Trimble license police. I mod an AutoCAD forum and I certanly don’t get paid to monitor licenses for AutoDesk. 
Edit: On the flip side, if someone comes here bragging about using a cracked version then certainly block them.
