What version of SketchUp are you actually using? There is no Studio subscription to SketchUp 2018 or 2017 Make. Are you actually using a cr acked version of SketchUp?

Yes, It is a commercial project
Then you need to have at least a SketchUp Go subscription and then you can export the file yourself.
