Firstly I have three accounts on Trimble, only one of which has an active subscription. I’m not sure how it happened or how to get rid of two of them as they all have the same email address. I’m guessing this is related to buying SU through resellers.
Any advice on how to get rid of the two redundant ones please?
My main issue, possibly related, is that I have an annual subscription and want to be able to use SU on my desktop and laptop. At the moment I’m constantly having to deauthorize all devices in order to switch from one to the other, and even then it doesn’t always seem to pick it up. I am always sure to quit SU on one before moving to the other.
Is this really how it’s supposed to be? Can’t I have two of my own devices able to use SU non-concurrently? I’m wondering if there’s an error my end (possibly related to the above) that’s stopping that from happening.
