Combine textures, its just getting wrong. Any ideas?

I want to create a texture for a industrial facade with elements 9000x1200mm. Grey colour and black for the smal gap between the to get the right look in the texture.When im trying to put the 2 textures together it just gives me missing lines or double lines not at all what i want to have. Here is my file if anyone will take a look at it and tell me what i am doing wrong.

Try to create one panel (9000;1200) and then offset 5mm. color the two faces (there has to be at least one texture in order to work).
