Collada files fail to import

This file was exported by 2020 Design Live, the only error I get is “Import Failed”. I have tried Sketchup 2021 and 2023, Skimp extension and Transmutr extension. Any ideas?

I’ve tried it in Blender too - The file isn’t a valid DAE file and is missing various bits of information that any program that can open it will expect to see - so it it failing and not opening.

So a problem with the exporter.

You could try exporting as a DWG instead - that seems to be an option in that software.
