When I click on the Collaboration icon on my VR/AR SketchUp viewer (in a desktop Windows 10 environment) i can wait a very long time but nothing happens. I use the latest viewer V2.3.25
Quick follow-up question. Does the same thing happen when you click the collaboration button from the Tools menu, after having opened a model (vs what you’re showing here, on the Home screen)?

Hello Mike, yes, same thing when I opened a model.
@RichardMuller we’ve just released an update to the VR app that fixes the collaboration issue you reported. The update is available from both the SketchUp web site, here: Trimble | Account Management as well as from the Oculus Store. Thanks for reporting the issue and for your patience as we worked to get the fix turned around.
