Cnc mach3 troubleshooting measures

Hi, I’m new in the forum, I’m from Uruguay, we use sketchup make 2017, lazycam and mach3 to cut wood in a router cnc machine.
The question is when I make copies or scale in sketchup, the piece is a bit different than the original, like if it was offset 5mm aproximate…???
Anyone knows what can I do? Thank you very much

You need to give us an example ,skp file so we can see what you’re working with.

How are you getting from SketchUp Make to LazyCAM?

Note that if this is for your business, you need to be using SketchUp Pro, not Make.

Thanks for your prompt reply…
I save the document as sketchup 8, and in it, I have an extension to “export to dxf or stl”

As I already wrote, you need to give us an example SketchUp file so we can see what you are working with.

Sorry, I didn’t understand…
lamparaprueba cnc.skp (146.3 KB)

The first thing I see when I open that file is the camera is set to Perspective. You need it set to Parallel Projection when you export for the CNC file.

You should also keep the model closer to the origin.

There are also some tiny stray edges (4 of them total less than 0.5mm in length) that should be cleaned up.

I will try this considerations… didn’t know

This are the pieces.

I draw one and the other curves are copies
This happend always with other files
