Clueless and Confused. Willing to pay for help at this point- Issues with OCL

I have been using the Web version of Sketchup for a little over a year to build cabinets and help with home renovations. I am an amateur woodworker at best and find laying out my cutlists to minimize waste is extremely challenging. Thus the purchase of Sketchup Pro to gain access to OCL.
I have rebuilt my model 3 times. I have converted and edited components ad nauseum. I have broken the model down into individual segments and created new files for each… nothing is working. OCL simply will not create a cutlist for this project.
I am willing to pay a Sketchup genius to help me at this point. I am running out of time and need to begin ripping down sheet goods this weekend. If anyone is willing to take a look and either tell me what I have done wrong (and you’ll probably have to use the big yellow crayon and explain it like you’re talking to a 5-year old) or take the file itself and fix whatever I have screwed up I would be incredibly grateful.
Please don’t get me wrong, I have spent well over 100 hours watching youtube videos and researching the issue online trying to solve it myself. I am just out of time and need to lean on others who actually know what they are doing at this point.

Thank you all for reading my long-winded post and for any advice or assistance you can offer.

Jack

Hi Jack.

I’ll send you a PM in a moment. We can chat about your file together. There’s a lot to unpack.
