I recently changed the account owner on my account. This was successfully done, however the product access is still assigned to the old owner and I can’t change it. I have contacted the support team multiple times with no meaningful response.
If you changed your own account (presumably without a license) it would not affect the amount of licenses, only who has control over it. So if you did not have a license, you still wouldn’t have gotten a license.
If the intention was to get control over a license from an account, you should be getting access to that account in order to reassign the license…
