Changing a User's Name

I have a new user whose email address is the same as a former user. When I try to add the new user to the Account, it automatically fills in the former users first and last name. I cannot see a way to change this at the Account Management level. Is there a method to change the name that I am missing?

Update: Figured this out. This information can be changed within the User’s profile once signed in.
