I’m trying to uninstall 32 bit SketchUp Viewer 16. It is looking for SketchUpViewer-en.msi in my Downloads folders, which of course is no longer there.
I’ve searched for it elsewhere on my hard drive, not found.
Is there somewhere to download previous version installers?
Is there an uninstall tool for these situations?
Please fix your installers so that uninstalls are not dependent on files in locations that are commonly cleared (Downloads and temp folders).
the uninstall is normally not dependend on the setup routine…
