I’m active for using Sketchup22. When I try to launch on my desktop computer, I get an “Exceeded my allowed activations” message. Laptop is shut off, and no other versions of Sketchup are running on my desktop computer. I’ve tried doing the “deauthorize all” under the Manage Devices tab but still get the same error message. How do I proceed?
After you did the deauthorizing, you still need to sign out in the App (SketchUp) itself, and then back in.
I did sign out of the App before trying to restart. Still got the “exceeded” message.
There must be something else going on, then.
Try to close all apps and shut down the computer to reboot.
