Why can’t I size materials anymore when I import them? I used to be able to say, size wallpaper or flooring in my room renderings and now I can’t! Could it have something to do with my subscription? I have called and called and called customer service to no avail and now I’m afraid this could be a related issue. Thank you
Are you checking in the web version or on iPad? If it’s web, look to see if there is an upgrade link in the model, and the SketchUp logo. If those are there then it would seem you are signed in with an email that doesn’t have a subscription.
The last one I could find for you expired in July.
Thanks Colin, that’s what I thought. Is there a number I can call to talk to someone because there are “extenuating” circumstances with my license and our company and people leaving and subscriptions getting transferred. I think I got dropped for some reason because of all of that and need to clear everything up. Thanks.
