Can't send to Layout or Open 2 Sketchup windows

I get this “Auth token cannot be used. The user must sign in” when I try to send to Layout or open more than one sketchup file - ANy clues?

There are several threads on this topic already. Signing out of SketchUp and signing back in seems to fix it for other users.

I can only open a new file by signing in and signing out but it still won’t send to Layout or open more than 1 file at a time.

WHen I go to the manage license page it won’t let me in to sign in…don’t know if this is related…
but I can sign in on-line.
