Can't purchase extension

I’ve tried several times, restarted my browser, my computer, tried another browser, but since yesterday, I can’t purchase any extension (I have tried with two different), I get an error message “Session timed out”, after typing my billing infos.

Yes I did. I tried again today, and it still doesn’t work.

Just for following up.
I have sent a request directly to Sketchup team and it worked with Chrome only after clearing browser cache. Still didn’t work with firefox though.

I have the same issue I tried with Chrome and it don’t work I also try to sign out and resign in and still didn’t work.
