Can't open skp2025 on new computer

Hi,
I just bought a new MacBook Pro (2024) and I migrated everything on it from my old one…I can’t open my skp2025 on it. I tried to uninstall/install it 2 times…my Trimble account is “active”…but I get this message:

“we are having technical problems…This computer is not autorized, please disconnect and reconnect to continue or enter a classic license” (my message is in French)

I don’t know what to do…

so, instead of uninstalling, did you disconnect and reconnect as stated ?

I had to many devices connected…

I have seen that exact message about technical problems. For me it happened when I had deauthorized all devices, and signed out and in again into 2025. I had not noticed that 2024 was still open in the background.

Having deauthorized all devices, which would include the still open 2024, when 2025 opens it picks up on you still using a not authorized version, and so gives the slightly confusing technical problems message. Closing 2024 was enough to make 2025 sign in ok.
