For wweeks now, ive been attempting to log into my 2024 Pro account. Until recently ive done it and understand why though it is a pain. For the last month i get through with my password to Authentication. It claims to send a code to my authenticator. I check microsoft authenticator first, then google - no codes. Microsoft does have an 8 digit code when they used to 6 digits - those codes last 30 seconds and none are valid. Google has no code.
There are no other options like text or email a code.
Since there are no humans to even attempt to talk to even in billing so far as i can tell, ive researched wherever i can. The advise is to log in and get into my profile and adjust authentication settings. What a joke. Im sure it is something stupid on my end - but i have no way of finding out.
What is the deal. Any help - even good AI would be helpful - maybe.
I am now on my 3rd attempt. Previous attempts elicit scripted advise - generally to log in and a code will be sent. All i get as an option is to use authenticator
A recent change would send a code to your secondary email address. You wouldn’t use an authenticator app for those codes, you would look in your in box, or spam filter, for an email from Trimble.
