# Can't Install SketchUp: SketchUpLanguage.MSI Download Error

Hello,

when Installing SketchUp Pro 2022 on Windows 10. I get an error during the SketchUpLanguage-2022-0-354-126-de.msi (German Language).

It says: Error when downloading the needed files for the installation.

Why is this happening? Is my computer somehow blocking this? Do I need to whitelist any specific domain and port? If yes, which? How can I solve this so I can install SketchUp Pro 2022?

It is possible. You could try downloading and installing the “Offline” installer from

> **[Offline Download | SketchUp](https://www.sketchup.com/offline-download)**

This is a larger file than the “online” version as it contains all the language packs.
