Can't edit Materials Mac 26 version

Hi

Can anyone help? The option to edit materials in a certain way has gone from mac. No option to change the colour or greyscale of it anymore, only Occulsion options and i need to drain the colour from it to use as a detail drawing in Layout.

Any ideas for the latest version of SU or in Layout settings?
