Can't Delete a tag

Just wondering why the delete tag option is grayed out? Thanks for the help in advance.

You have a Tag Folder highlighted so nothing for Delete Tag to do.

Dave, when I right click on other tags the option was available. see the new pic attached

Yes, of course it is. But in your first screen shot you haven’t got a tag highlighted. You have a tag FOLDER highlighted. Notice in your first screenshot you do have an option to explode the tag folder but in your second screenshot Explode Tag Folder is grayed out because you have a tag selected, not a tag folder.
