I have several licenses purchased in 2016 and never used but i have the email information was received. I have downloaded SU2016 on my current computer but when i try to activate any of the unused licenses nothing happens. Is there anything that can be done to get these licenses activated? ---

It might be that @colin can help you with that but be aware that services like the Warehouses and Geo-Location do not support SketchUp 2016. In addition, the web browser used by SketchUp 2016 hasn’t had security updates from Windows for years. If you’re going to use that ancient version it would be safest to disconnect the machine from the internet after activating the license. ---

I didn’t get far with trying to convince people to help. Did you get your licenses from Carahsoft? If so, do you still have a relationship with them? ---

I would be very interested in the outcome. I have licenses for 2019, 2020 and 2021 that I haven’t activated as I didn’t feel that physically upgrading didn’t offer me anything “needed” worth the hassle of re-installing all my plugins ( I have a lot) and recustomising the toolbars.\ I didn’t mind paying the upgrade fees, however, I object to any subscription based software. I am apprehensive to “upgrade” to 2021, but if I needed to, i’td be handy to know the issues and solution. ---

The reps i spoke with were very cordial and nice but ultimately were no help in the matter. They were very eager to sell me a new subscription but were unable to provide a solution that allowed me to activate any previously purchased licenses.
