After doing a restart, now I can’t seem to access my Window Options in both Sketchup Pro and Layout such as Tags, Scenes, etc.
They say they are open but they are not. I have a 2nd monitor but even after unplugging it, I still don’t have access to these Windows. I also logged out and back into my account.
I have seen this too, and it may be a Ventura related issue. Work around is to go to the Windows menu, and choose Hide Dialogs, then Show Dialogs.
