I’m unable to access SketchUp Pro or see my subscription/license. Support is also not working. I’ve tried signing in through different browsers without success. I know my subscription is paid and active, so that’s not the issue. Is anyone else having these issues?
Have you clicked “Account Management Portal” in the SketchUp box, as shown in your second screenshot? Not all subscriptions have migrated to the new Admin Console.
