Cannot sign in on new PC

Hi.
I have just replaced my pc, Sketchup seemed to be working fine. I had to reinstall windows today then reinstall Sketchup. The Sketchup sign in says I’m using Sketchup on another pc and to sign out or manage activations. Nothing seems to work, any ideas please?

Did you manage the activations? In that portal, with products on the left side, you should see the plan you bought and click on ‘View Included Apps’
Under SketchUp pro, you can ’Deauthorize devices’
