Cannot open most of my models

Sketchup suddenly quit on me this morning, I lost three hours of work. I reopened and downloaded the most recent update. I now can only select one model at a time to open and have to do so by logging out of Sketchup and closing Sketchup on my desk top. If I select one model it will open but anything falling that I get the ’ Auth token cannot be used’ - Usually shutting everything down does the trick, can anybody assist?

Quit all instances of SketchUp and LayOut using one of the following methods:

  • Right-click on the program’s icon in the dock and select Quit from the context menu that appears.
    
  • Click the name of the program in the Menu Bar and select Quit.
    

Select Go from the Menu Bar and hold down the Option key to reveal the Library option.
Select Library. The Finder window will open with Library selected.
Select Application Support.
Select SketchUp 2023
Locate and delete “login_session.dat”.
Launch SketchUp and login.

That will reset the local license and solve that for you.
You may need to deathorise all machines also

Thank you for your assistance Adam. I ended up re-loading the program. Are the instructions that you gave me for a PC as I could not follow them on my Mac?
