# Cannot download Make - No Data Received error

I am receiving a No Data Received error when trying to download Sketchup Make. I was able to download the Sketchup Viewer - I have not installed it, just tried the link to see if it worked.

However, I want to use the Make version and can’t get it to go! I am using a PC, windows 7, google chrome. I also tried it on Internet Explorer, and that didn’t work either!

Please help! I have to get some cabinets made up for my garage soon!!!
