Hi, I’m using Sketchup pro 2018. When i want to add geo location it gives me a error message of “Cannot contact the geo location service. Please check your internet connection and try again.”

But i have a internet connection in my desktop… eventhough i got this error. I uninstalled SU18 and reinstalled SU18, even i got that error. When I try
SU 17, there also i got the problem. Kindly help me.

Thanks in advance

Regards,

You’re the second person today to report this. I’ve just tested it in SU2018 and it works fine for me. It’s possible it is a server access issue. Where are you located?

You could try clearing caches and see if that helps.
