check your license info and try entering it again?
Did you buy a Classic license or a Subscription? How much did you pay?
I buy a Classic License and get the Software License information letter,
with the serial number and auth code, but got the error after input the information
Did you buy the license direct from SketchUp or through a reseller? You should contact them directly for assistance.
Since you bought the classic license and not the subscription, please correct the information in your profile as it is currently misleading. Please also add the model of the graphics card.
Are you pasting from the information letter?
Be sure it is ‘plain’ text, sometimes, pasting from PDF wont work (or just type to be sure)
