Just re-buy the sketchup pro annual plan but it keeps saying technical issue that i couldnt access into it, and I couldnt find the serial number also which i cant use the classic aurtherize , dunno what can i do
Show us a screen shot of the message so we can see exactly what you are getting.
SketchUp 2025 doesn’t support the graphics card you indicate in your forum profile. Maybe the message is related to that.
Or are you getting a message indicating you have too many activations of SketchUp?
There is no serial number provided with a subscription. The only option for authorizing SketchUp is to enter the email address and password you used when you purchased the subscription.

I have seen the technical difficulties message on my Mac when I have deauthorized all devices, but still had another version of SketchUp open in the background. The version you are then trying gives the misleading error message. I’m guessing that at some point you closed the other version, and then the one you wanted to use got through ok.
