I am Maria Ramirez and I bought Sketchup shop a few days ago, exactly may 7, I regret buying it, I wanted to write the technical support for them to help me please with my issue, because I want to ask for the refund before the 14 days expire. I will be waiting for your answer, Thanks a lot! ---

Instead of asking on the forum you should contact [Customer Support](https://help.sketchup.com/en/contact-support) directly if you bought your license directly through SketchUp. If you are outside of the US and purchased via a reseller, you should contact them. This isn’t a technical problem so it’s not Tech Support that you need to talk to. ---
