Can “Sketchup Make” install rendering software and run it? example: Vray
It depends on the render that you want to install, some have it’s own installer that run outside SketchUp, some are installed in SketchUp through the [menu] Window > Extension Manager.
Most extensions offer a trial and by now, most of them are compatible with version 2017.
I use Shaderlight. I can make textures more real, install lights within the space and replace “light” 2-D components with more detailed 3-D objects.
