You can set the location in the first screen of the installer. If you didn’t change that, it’s in C:\Program Files\SketchUp\SketchUp 2020. But there will also be a shortcut on the desktop.
You can always type what you’re looking for in the Windows search field. You will want to run SketchUp first, to make sure the license is ok, then type layout into the search field, and LayOut 2020 should appear in the list of matching items.
