Can I upgrade to SketchUp Pro 2016?

Hi,

I have a SketchUp Pro 2015 and my annual maintenance will be ended on 21 December 2015.

Can I upgrade to SketchUp 2016? If yes, how can I do that?

If you had active M&S, then your license was automatically upgraded and should have been sent to you via email.

First, check your spam area to see if it was filtered out.

If you can not find it, go to License Manager | SketchUp
This form will resend the license to you. The 2016 serial number would have changed but only the first character… ie if you had QA-XXXXXX then your new 2016 serial number will be RA-XXXXXXX. Use this inthe form.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I have checked emails in spam area but nothing mentioned about license from SketchUp.

Also, I have accessed the link given and filled information with details of my SketchUp 2015 and I was asked to contact my SketchUp Pro retailer.

This message means that you purchased your license through a reseller and not directly from us.

Contact your reseller as they should be able to provide you with your license.
