Bug in Re-scaling

I have just subscribed to sketchup go in order to import scanned drawings so that I can build a 3d model from them. One of the key steps involved is re-dimensioning the model from a known dimension on the drawing, using the measure tool.

Because my model now contains a scanned image, re-dimensioning fails silently, with no warnings or errors. The only tool that works is Re-scaling, which is annoying and a trial and error affair.

I think I will be cancelling my subscription. This is a deal-breaker for me.

I tested it now and it works in SketchUp for Web (Go license)

There’s no difference in resizing geometry and an image to exact desired dimensions in the web version, (done it many times).

If it fails for you, describe the steps you make in your effort.

Ah. Apologies, my bad. I still had my VPN on which suppresses all the pop-up prompts making it appear it was failing silently. Sorry for the time wasting.
